§ 1 Scope
The services of Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH are carried out exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions.

§ 2 Conclusion of a contract

A contract is only concluded if it has been confirmed in writing by Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH and the client has agreed the agreed price including all additional costs. and special services to Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH or has agreed to the agreed terms of payment.

§ 3 Prices

The prices of the respective valid price list apply. All prices are in EURO and include the currently valid VAT. For extra and special services, the prices agreed in writing with Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH apply.

§ 4 Payment

The client may make the payment in advance, by bank transfer, credit card (VISA, Mastercard). In individual cases or for short-term bookings, payment in cash may be required before departure. In exceptional cases Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH provides services on account. The customer must pay the invoice amount immediately upon receipt of the invoice without deductions, unless otherwise agreed. In the case of default of payment, Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH is entitled to charge interest on arrears and dunning fees.

§ 5 Modification of the agreed performance

If the customer wishes to change the service period, the agreed final price may increase in individual cases.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

You can cancel your contract within two weeks without stating reasons in writing (by letter, fax or e-mail). The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient. In the case of short-term bookings, the right of revocation shall lapse if the booking and the start of the journey take place within seven days. § 7 Cancellations

Cancellations become effective only if they are made in writing. Oral cancellations only if confirmed by Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH.7.1 Cancellations up to and including 7 days before departure are free of charge.7.2 For cancellations up to and including 3 days before departure, 30% of the invoice amount will be charged.7.3 For cancellations up to and including 1 day before departure 50% of the invoice amount will be charged.7.4 For cancellations less than 1 day or non-commencement of the journey, 100% of the invoice amount will be charged.

§ 8 Withdrawal from contract

Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH is entitled at any time to withdraw from the contract if it is not possible to carry out the journey (eg in the event of snow, ice, technical defect, force majeure) or the client violates his contractual obligation.

§ 9 Additional costs

The costs for parking fees, drinks, admissions or expenses shall be charged separately to the customer. If the passenger is excessively dirty or dirty by the passenger or something inside or outside the vehicle is intentionally or grossly negligently damaged, the costs of cleaning or repair will be charged to the client.

§ 10 Carriage

A duty of carriage does not exist. Passengers must adhere to the instructions of the driving personnel or authorized employees of Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH. In the case of violations, the driver or the employee commissioned by Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH may exclude the passengers from the carriage. In this case, the Brockmann Limousine Service GmbH calculates the full fare incl. All extra and special services.

§ 11 Implementation

Brockmann Limousine Service GmbH is basically interested in providing vehicles on time and adhering to an established timetable. Our driving personnel must comply with the statutory regulations such as StVO, StVZO, BO-Kraft and working regulations. A compensation obligation of the contractor in case of deviations from created timetables is excluded. If a contract can not be complied with due to force majeure (natural disasters, technical faults, etc.), we will seek equivalent compensation. Further claims are excluded.

§ 12 Carrying of animals

Pets are only allowed after prior agreement. When guiding the blind, guide dogs are fully authorized. Animals are generally not to be accommodated in seats.

§ 13 Period of performance

An order extension is only possible after consultation with the disposition of Brockmann Limousine Service GmbH. In the case of airport transfers, the client is obliged to announce any change in flight times immediately in writing or by telephone. In the event of non-compliance, which make the execution of the contract impossible, the booking is deemed to have been canceled and the invoice amount is charged at 100%.

§ 14 Data processing

Brockmann Limousinenservice GmbH may process the data provided by the customer insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contract.

§ 15 Place of Jurisdiction

Berlin shall be deemed agreed as the place of jurisdiction for all disputes.

§ 16 Severability clause

Should a provision or parts of a provision of these terms and conditions be wholly or partly invalid or later, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. The ineffective clauses are replaced by statutory provisions. The same applies insofar as these provisions have an unforeseen gap.Appendix:
